Because you use a prefix of 1, mobile users cant call for help on the Contact Us.
I cant access the FSA account via the Paychex app using the same credentials. Error, error, error. So I try to call. But nope!
Then, when I email support, I get an email that I have to download another app just to read the encrypted email. STUPID! No way!
Just FIX the problem when I report it. Stop making me jump through hoops for help. I dont have time for it.
