Paychex Flex App Reviews

I was hoping to be able to check accrued vacation time on the app but it didnt work...

The app is a piece of crap. The site wont load on Safari when using a mobile device, thereby forcing you to download the worthless app.

This app is AWESOME!! I read the reviews...what a bunch of dumb as... This app couldnt work better if I was sitting at my desk. Great job you guys, sorry you have to put up with all the abuse from people that dont have a clue. Highly recommended to anyone with a brain.

This is supposed to be an iPad app. When I set up my Paychex account, could not view payroll info because iPad does not support Adobe. In regard to the App, does not even recognize my log in.

Mobile website forces you to use the app, which [now] doesnt work. Always says "Unexpected connection error". Please fix!!!

They need take page out of Chase and Citibank app. They know how make app. Where Touch ID serious the technology been out for 3 yrs. In retirement where chart for 5 yrs and 10 yrs. Why cant you delete employer you dont work for no more.

Needs to take advantage of Touch ID. I hate having to open 1Password to copy and paste my password every single time I need to open this app

This app is pitiful. It crashes, always runs slow and just functions terribly overall. Please fix this as it causes a lot of strife between bosses and workers. Horrible!!!

While this app does give basic info like paycheck information to employees its basically unusable for admins as there are way too many steps to submit payroll and enter in data. Furthermore if you also have Paychex FlexTime there is no integration and people must request time off through a desktop computer. Also needs TouchID.

Unreliable, has only basic info, and rarely even lets me log in. Needs: 1) TouchID support (seriously, how have you not added this??) 2) ability to click on a notification (about a paystub being ready) and have it actually take you to that item 3) view past pay stubs 4) view data such as YTD pay, taxes, PTO available, etc 5) STABILITY!!!

The UI is so horribly broken I cant submit my enrollment form. Absolutely worthless.

I am so impressed this app allows me and my team to do all we need right from our mobile device! Not sure about other reviews but I rate Paychex as a whole 10s across the board!

What is going on first the system did update none of my current pay stubs now I can even login what is going on?

Paychex might be one of the slowest and most unintuitive software products Ive ever used.

Trying to login from 5 months, Always disappointed.

It doesnt accept my password and the password reset feature doesnt work!!!

The Paychex Flex app is great, I am able to view my paycheck in full PDF version which is great, I get notified when my pay stubs are posted. The only thing missing and its a major feature is time and attendance. Please add that feature and then I will change my review rating to a 5 star

Well I read the bad reviews but on my way to Thanksgiving vacation I realized I forgot to submit payroll and with a quick download I logged in and submitted at a rest stop in five minutes. That makes it worth the price in my book.
