Error

All I get is an error. Nothing works no matter what I click on.

I bet the previous reviews were from competitors...

I have been using this app for just over a year and am a bit shocked to read some of the angry reviews previously. Paychex is a company that I trust with a lot of sensitive information and even with the transitions from venture to venture has been seamless with the help of them. The money I invest in their service I feel like is entirely paid for by the excellent customer service and specialists from beginning to end. Their app is easy to navigate as is their website and I have seen them make positive technology updates. As with every review, take it as a grain of salt, but try out the app and see for yourself if its insanely difficult like whats said before or easy to use. Me being a non-tech savvy individual, lord knows it takes me forever to learn a new app or program and this was a cake walk. See it for yourself, folks.

Drop the 1 on the phone numbers

Because you use a prefix of 1, mobile users cant call for help on the Contact Us. I cant access the FSA account via the Paychex app using the same credentials. Error, error, error. So I try to call. But nope! Then, when I email support, I get an email that I have to download another app just to read the encrypted email. STUPID! No way! Just FIX the problem when I report it. Stop making me jump through hoops for help. I dont have time for it.

Useless for time off information

Like their webapp which is a piece of Flash garbage dont bother installing this waste of space.

Great App

The individuals that gave a negative rating must be technologically ignorant. If you cant navigate through this app, you are definitely a moron.

Easy to use

One of my employees needed their paystubs sent right away and I wasnt around a computer. I downloaded the app and was able to send her the paystubs from my phone. Super easy to use and I was just happy I was able to send my employee the paystubs she need. Thanks!

I recently got employed and I had to sign up to paychex flex, so I tried to do it on my iPad but it would only allow me to do its through the app but the app doesnt have a sign up option just log in

Unusable

Error on sign up. I have attempted multiple times on different days on different devices, even trying different browsers. It is truly astounding. I wanted to believe the negative reviews were "user error", but I cant even get past step 3 of sign up. Im following their instructions to the letter, but no joy. And no, Im not a competitor. I just want to be able to access my payroll info on my phone. My previous employer used ADP, and I loved having app access. I signed up and it worked. When I saw my new employer used Paychex, I was happy to see there was an app, but so far the process is simply frustrating and disappointing.

50/50 chance of working

This app is the only way to access your account. The webpage redirects you to the app which would be fine, if the app worked. Every time I log in there is a 50/50 chance that you can get in. Theres always a "try back later" or a "contact us at this number". Not reliable at all. Cant change your direct deposit online either.

This app does not work after last apple update.

Cant login. This app does not work. Their web-app is built in flash if that tells you anything..

Okay but cant access everything

The app works fine except I cant update employee tax info....what use is the app if I cant make changes?

Submit payroll? Lies. Change information? Lies.

Why does the description of this app say it does so many things that it doesnt. There isnt even a menu screen for submitting payroll. Are yous guys feeling alright over there in IT?

Waste of time

Doesnt work even after deleting and reinstalling as instructed ...extremely frustrated....cant access my own info with out calling .. What should take. A miro second turns out to be phone call and all day project
