Poorly designed app

Have never been able to ever actually login using the mobile app... ever! Cant access their website in a browser either due to the abundance of flash. Ugh! Its been a couple of years since my first review, and Im sad to report that nothing has changed. This app is still a heaping pile of junk. Paychex should be embarrassed by this joke of an app. Wish I could,give it zero stars.

The app is very basic and not all that useful.... You would think a large, publicly traded payroll vendor would at least hire some UC Berkeley or MIT students as summer interns to get this right.

Nothing about this app works. Just a useless series of nav options that tell you that there is an error, and to call support. Pathetic, like most other products this company offers

...except the privacy terms page. Literally everything else in this app is broken. I dont want to say this is a reflection of the quality of the company overall? But?

Terrible app, cant login, cant reset passwords or do much anything else. Website is awful as well. Cant wait to get away from this crap. Will be looking for payroll elsewhere very soon.

Why would they have the app crash and not recover during the holiday season when people are most likely to be tracking their PTO? You would think this is the most important time of the year to be up and running. Terrible.

The Paychex app is a disgrace. It is poorly designed (for example, even basic things like viewing the app in portrait mode does not work on an iPad). The app frequently disconnects, loses data, or worse, stores erroneous data (for example on more than one occasion it has created a second check for an employee). In addition, it is crippled and slow in comparison to the website (for example, you cant modify any employee settings, such as their withholding or pay rates in this app). Instead of wasting time on an IOS app, Paychex should have spent time making its website work with mobile devices. In sum, this app is just plain frustrating. It seems like this app was designed by someone who had never submitted a payroll before. So many extra clicks are needed to accomplish simple tasks. I am so disappointed.

Spent one hour trying to create an account. Not designed by anyone who ever tried to use it. Wish I didnt use this company.

Keep getting errors with every menu item. Please fix!!

Nothing works. Been trying for months. Though the latest version would be different.

I should have believed all of the other reviews and not wasted my time.

I would rather stab forks into my eyes then use this complete joke of an app.

Cannot login from app?! Program crashes when selecting forgot password.

The app never works! This is the worst system ever always crashes. Website rarely available. They take forever to respond to complaints. I dont understand why they are in business! I DONT recommend this to any business!

Now a days everyone going with security even ADP has an option for TouchID but you guys dont have it. I am expecting that in the next update.

I was frustrated at first as the set up as not clear and I use my mobile I had to wait till I could use a desktop to sign up otherwise you will be send to app to download on phone without being able to sign up. But figured it out myself.
